"As You Need It" Services
Additional levels of care and support are delivered “as you need it” at an additional charge above the basic service fee. These services can include:

Assistance with personal care including dressing and grooming
●
Bathing in resident’s personal shower or in our hydrotherapy tub which soothes muscles and joints
●
Escort and assistance to get to and from meals and activities
●
Meal time assistance
●
Assistance with toileting, including bladder and bowel incontinence management
●
Complex medication administration (insulin, certain heart and lung medications which require testing prior to administration, etc.)
●
Evening tuck-in service
To help us identify the additional services a resident may require, we employ our Personal Needs Assessment. Factors taken into consideration include mobility, cognitive skills, continence and other activities of daily living. This assessment is updated quarterly.
