Our attractive apartments are available to anyone who meets a few simple criteria:

The Head of Household must be 55 years of age or older and all other household members must be 50 years of age and older.
You must provide us evidence of your ability to pay the rent.
Your credit references must show that you have paid your bills as agreed.
