You won’t find more value for your money than at The Village at Appledorn. Many amenities are included in your rent. Those services that have an extra charge are offered on an a la carte basis to ensure you are NOT paying for services you don’t need or want. Ask our Leasing Consultant to review the various packages available.
 
Market Rental Rates
One bedroom/one bath (730-907 sq. ft.) $965 per month
Two bedrooms/one bath (975-1265 sq. ft.) $1180 per month
Two bedrooms/two baths (945-1400 sq. ft.) $1250 per month
 
Income Qualified Rental Program
One bedroom/one bath (734 sq. ft.) $755 per month
Two bedrooms/one bath (894 sq. ft.) $920 per month
Two bedrooms/two baths (946 sq. ft.) $925 per month
 
Because this special rent program is limited to those who qualify by meeting certain income restrictions, we encourage you to ask our Leasing Consultant for more information -- they are trained to explain how this program works.

Security Deposit
$200.00 security deposit plus non-refundable application fee of $25.00 per person.

Rental Requirements

Apartments are available to anyone who meets a few simple criteria:

  • The Head of Household must be 55 years of age or older and all other household members must be 50 years of age and older
  • You must provide evidence of your ability to pay the rent
  • Your credit references must show that you have paid your bills as agreed
  • References from previous landlord
  • Criminal history check

To reserve your new apartment home today, complete The Village at Appledorn application and return along with an initial deposit of $100.00. This deposit will be applied to your Security Deposit when you move in. It’s that easy!
