You won’t find more value for your money than at The Village at Bay Ridge. Many amenities are included in your rent. Those services that have an extra charge are offered on an a la carte basis to ensure you are NOT paying for services you don’t need or want.
 
Affordable Apartment Rental Rates
One Bedroom/One Bath (730-907 sq. ft.) $1135-1360 per month
Two Bedroom/One Bath (800-945 sq. ft.) $1385-1460 per month
Two Bedroom/Two Bath (893-1043 sq. ft.) $1390-1495 per month
Cottage (945-1400 sq. ft.) $1820 per month

Note: Some apartments are available at a reduced rental rate based on meeting certain income criteria.

Rental Requirements

Apartments are available to anyone who meets a few simple criteria:

  • The Head of Household must be 55 years of age or older and all other household members must be 50 years of age and older.
  • You must provide evidence of your ability to pay the rent.
  • Your credit references must show that you have paid your bills as agreed.
  • References from previous landlord.
  • Criminal history check.

To reserve your new apartment home today, complete The Village at Bay Ridge application and return along with an initial deposit of $100.00. This deposit will be applied to your Security Deposit when you move in. It’s that easy!
