Rental Requirements

Apartments are available to anyone who meets a few simple criteria:

  • The Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older and all other household members must be 50 years of age and older
  • Income restrictions may apply
  • You must provide evidence of your ability to pay the rent
  • Your credit references must show that you have paid your bills as agreed
  • References from previous landlord
  • Criminal history check
