Rental Requirements
Apartments are available to anyone who meets a few simple criteria:
- The Head of Household must be 55 years of age or older and all other household members must be 50 years of age and older.
- You must provide evidence of your ability to pay the rent.
- Your credit references must show that you have paid your bills as agreed.
- References from previous landlord.
- Criminal history check.
To reserve your new apartment home today, complete The Village at Bay Ridge application and return along with an initial deposit of $100.00 and a non-refundable application fee of $25 per person. This deposit will be applied to your Security Deposit when you move in. It’s that easy!
