You won’t find more value for your money than at The Village at the Pines. Many amenities are included in your rent. Those services that have an extra charge are offered on an a la carte basis to ensure you are NOT paying for services you don’t need or want. Rental Requirements
Apartments are available to anyone who meets a few simple criteria:
- The Head of Household must be 55 years of age or older and all other household members must be 50 years of age and older.
- You must provide evidence of your ability to pay the rent.
- Your credit references must show that you have paid your bills as agreed.
- References from previous landlord.
- Criminal history check.
To reserve your new apartment home today, complete The Village at the Pines application and return along with an initial deposit of $100.00 plus a non-refundable application fee of $25 per person. The deposit will be applied to your Security Deposit when you move in. It’s that easy!
