At Waverly Meadows, we know there are some things you just can’t live without. That’s why we offer all kinds of services that come included in your monthly fee, as well as a few optional ones that provide even more luxury to your life, for a small add-on fee. Know that we’ll never charge you for a service you don’t use, which is why some of are services are considered optional. We offer the following services to ensure that you’re still living the lifestyle you enjoy best, at a price you can afford.
Health & Wellness
The Waverly Meadows fitness center offers a variety of cardio equipment. Whether you’re looking to practice the exercises you learned at the latest chair exercise class, or you’re working on some physical therapy, the fitness room is available to residents at any time, for no additional cost.
Out & About
Our community manager and administrative assistants regularly plan activities for each day. Whether it’s a coffee club, a book group, or a movie showing, there’s always something going on at Waverly Meadows! We do our best to take resident recommendations, so if there’s something you’d like to see on the regular activity list, like quilting or a certain craft, we’ll do our best to make it happen! We also schedule entertainers regularly, host a chair exercise class, and have a weekly bingo game. Community activities are a great way to take up a new hobby, and get to know some of your neighbors.
Add-On Services
Waverly Meadows does offer add-on services for a small additional fee. You will only be charged for these services for as many times as you use them, with our add-on services designed to make your life a little easier:
- Waverly Meadows offers on-site washers and dryers for every resident.
- We also provide a hair stylist/barber who comes to Waverly Meadows by appointment. No matter if you need a trim, a color, or you’re just looking for a new style, you can easily schedule an appointment that fits into your daily life.
- And if you’re ever in need of a small fix around the apartment, whether you’re hanging pictures or installing a shelf, you can always contact the Waverly Meadows handyman. No matter the size or scope of the project, we’re here to help you make your new apartment feel like home!
