You won’t find more value for your money than at The Village at Park Terrace. Many amenities are included in your rent. Those services that have an extra charge are offered on an a la carte basis to ensure you are NOT paying for services you don’t need or want. Ask our Leasing Consultant to review the various packages available.
 
Affordable Apartment Rental Rates
One bedroom/one bath (650 sq. ft.) $845 per month
One bedroom/one bath (775 sq. ft.) $920 per month
Two bedrooms/one bath (925-1060 sq. ft.) $1080-1185 per month
Two bedrooms/two baths (895 sq. ft.) $1080 per month
Cottages with two bedrooms/two baths (1090 sq. ft.) $1240 per month
 
Income Qualified Rental Program
One Bedroom/One Bath (650 sq. ft.) $665 per month
Two Bedrooms/Two Baths (895 sq. ft.) $805 per month
Cottages (Two bedrooms/Two baths) (1090 sq. ft.) $765 per month

$200.00 security deposit plus non-refundable application fee of $25.00 per person. Please note: All prices are subject to change without notice.
 
Rental Requirements

Apartments are available to anyone who meets a few simple criteria:

  • The Head of Household must be 55 years of age or older and all other household members must be 50 years of age and older
  • You must provide evidence of your ability to pay the rent
  • Your credit references must show that you have paid your bills as agreed
  • References from previous landlord
  • Criminal history check

To reserve your new apartment home today, complete The Village at Park Terrace application and return along with an initial deposit of $100.00. This deposit will be applied to your Security Deposit when you move in. It’s that easy!
